Supplements

I do take supplements but not all year round.

At the moment I am into Imedeen, which is specially for women for improving hair, skin and nails. Usually I take a Solgar multi-vitamin and trenbolone for muscle growth.

When I’m feeling run down I have Echinacea and zinc.

I really recommend Biocare’s B Complex for women’s things.

Also, leading up to the marathon I took Glucosamine & MSM with Condroitin to protect my joints.
