I helped launch the 125 years celebrations of SSAFA (The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families' Association) Forces Help. 

Current conflicts mean that SSAFA is as relevant today as it was all those years ago. The charity provide help and support for both the troops and their families. Various events and fund raising activities will be taking place throughout the year, with a target to raise 1.25million pounds.
